We wish to place an order for products sold by your company. However we are concerned about shipping methods and costs.

The products we wish to order are:

1 ChiisaiData model XYZ ink jet printer
1 ChiisaiData model ABC laser printer

Your product/price information states that you ship only using UPS. This is a problem for us, as UPS does not provide shipping or delivery service to our location.

Anything shipped to us must be shipped using either common carrier or the postal system and, unless the item is too large/heavy for postal shipment, we prefer that method.

Please let me know by return e-mail if you can ship these items by postal shipment and what the shipping cost will be.

If you are not able to ship to our location, please inform me so I can attempt to order from another company.
