本文

I am delighted that you have responded favorably to my proposal. You are correct. You and I should arrange to meet face-to-face to discuss the details... the sooner the better. In response to your asking me when I could meet with you, my schedule permits doing this on several possible days. The first whole day I have open is Thursday of next week, if that suits you. If not, my schedule is fairly open after that. Please let me know as soon as you can whether or not next Thursday will work for you. If not, please suggest a day after next Thursday that will work for you. I have already scheduled that day for our meeting. In addition, I would like to invite you to come to our facility. We have a good conference room for the meeting. But I will also be happy to meet at your facility or at any other agreed-upon location. Best regards, Taro Yamada
