Dear Mr. Yamada, I received your e-mail regarding your invoices 03476 and 03485, both of which appear to be incorrect. In checking with our accounting department, I discovered that, indeed, both these invoices are incorrect. Invoice 03476, for one ChiisaiData model XYZ ink jet printer, should be in the amount of ¥24,500, not ¥34,500. Similarly, invoice, number 03485, for one ChiisaiData model ABC laser printer, should be in the amount of ¥130,000, not ¥120,000. Please disregard both the invoices we sent to you previously. We are processing new correct invoices which will be sent to you within a day or so. Please pay the new invoices, which will reflect the correct amounts. Thank you for making us aware of this error. It appears to have been human error caused by hitting the wrong computer keys. We are taking steps to correct this kind of problem in the future and the employee with two left hands is being assigned to other work. Please accept my apology on behalf of our company.
