本文 I’m writing to tell all my customers that I will be leaving ChiisaData Company at the end of this month.
Some of you know that I got married several months ago. Now I am soon to become a new mother and, for me, being the mother of a new baby is a full-time job. Therefore I shall resign my position at ChiisaData Company effective the last day of this month.
We have hired a new person who will take over my accounts and replace me in the ChiisaData Sales Department. His name is Kantaro Kaneko. He calls himself “KK” for short.
Mr. Kaneko and I will be visiting a few of our larger accounts during the next three weeks so I can personally introduce some of you to him. I regret that we will not be able to visit all of you. However Mr. Kaneko (KK) will be ready to serve your needs by the time I leave the company. His e-mail address will be the same a mine except it will have KK@ instead of FyukoK@ for its header.
It has been a real pleasure working will all my customers and I wish all of you the best of luck and prosperity in your businesses.
Sincerely,
Fuyuko Suzuki (Ms.)
ChiisaData Company Ltd.
