This e-mail is to complain about the poor service we have received from your company. Recently, we ordered 500 pounds of high explosives and 800 automatic rifles from your company. At the time we placed the order you stated that everything we ordered was “in stock” and would be shipped within two working days. It took five weeks to receive the shipment and, when it did arrive, the entire shipment was defective due to water damage. We informed you about both the late delivery and the defective shipment. It has now been three weeks since we e-mailed you asking how you intend to make things right. So far we have received no response. What is going on? We expect your company to make good on the shipment or issue a credit balance to us for the full amount of the defective product, including shipping costs. Please respond!
