You correctly pointed out that we both operate in the same market and thus already share the same basic customer base. Since our two businesses offer different services to that market, which don’t compete with each other, it makes some sense for us to consider working together. Exactly how we can work together will require a fair amount of discussion and planning. If we do decide to share sales and marketing operations, as you have suggested, we should each get our respective sales and marketing people involved in the discussion. I think, if we are to take this suggestion further, we need to meet face-to-face, together with our respective sales people.
