Thank you for your e-mail where you suggest a working relationship. Your idea is interesting , particularly because we both operate in the same market and thus already share the same basic customer base. I had not previously considered the benefits of our openly sharing our customer bases. It is in that area that I think we could both obtain mutual benefit rather quickly. Other aspects you have suggested will require fairly extensive working out of many details. Toward this end, and to establish a working relationship, I suggest that you and I should meet face-to-face, perhaps for a whole day or longer, to discuss the matter in detail.
