本文 Thank you for offering to host our meeting at your facility next Thursday. I will be happy to have the meeting in your conference room, however next Thursday won’t work. We hold our weekly sales meeting on Thursday mornings, so Thursdays are not available for me to have whole-day meetings with anyone.
I am, however, available on Friday. If you can change the meeting day to Friday instead of Thursday of next week, I shall be happy to show up at your office at 08:00 on that day.
Please let me know as soon as possible if next Friday will work for you.
