本文 I appreciate your offer to host our meeting. I am happy to hold the meeting in your facility but I’m afraid next Thursday isn’t good for me. Every week we hold a sales meeting on Thursday mornings. I cannot, therefore, have a whole-day meeting with anyone on a Thursday.
Friday would be much better, as I am available all day then. Can you change the meeting day to Friday of next week? If so, I’ll be glad to show up at your company at 08:00 next Friday.
Please get back to me and let me know if Friday will work for you instead of Thursday.
